Shipping Destinations

PassionShop.us delivers to supported destinations within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and selected international destinations. Shipping availability, methods, and charges depend on your delivery address and the products ordered. Available options and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

UAE Shipping Charges

Orders below AED 299: AED 15 standard shipping.
Orders of AED 299 or more: Free standard shipping.

The free standard shipping offer applies to UAE deliveries only. Eligibility is determined at checkout based on the applicable order total and delivery address. Other delivery methods, including express delivery, may incur additional charges.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries. Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are displayed at checkout.

Prices and charges are shown in the currency selected for your shopping region, where supported.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. Any charges collected at checkout will be included in your order total. Additional charges may be collected separately by the destination country's authorities or carrier.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.

Delivery Address

If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after your order has been processed or dispatched.

Pickup

If pickup is available for your order, the available option and instructions will be shown on the product page or during checkout. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Deliveries

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing.
